Failed videos
If a video fails to render, it goes back into your pack automatically. You don’t need to ask.
Unused packs
You can request a refund of a pack within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t used any videos from it. Email support@tryozilgoalai.com from the address on your account. Packs are one-time purchases, so there is no subscription to cancel.
Results you don’t like
Results are generated by AI and vary, so we can’t refund a video because you would have liked it to look different. If a finished video is clearly broken, for example a missing face, a frozen shot or no goal at all, email us and we’ll put the video back into your pack.
The sound
Every video comes with stadium sound made by the AI model: crowd, ball and net, with no commentary or music. If a finished video has no sound at all, email us and we’ll put the video back into your pack. How loud or busy the crowd sounds varies and is not a fault.
Contact us first
If something went wrong with a payment or a video, email support@tryozilgoalai.com before opening a dispute with your bank. We answer within two business days and can usually fix it or refund you faster than a chargeback. Packs refunded through a chargeback are removed from your account.
